The Project :

Hedgehog had to design, develop, and finance a 1,000 MW floating solar farm across five locations using hydroelectric dams as a storage solution.

The Challenge:

The project planning required extensive regional and financial assessments along with inspecting solar panel production facilities in China. Our objective was to attract equity investors and create a concept design that could be priced out.

The Solution:

Hedgehog developed a 20-year financial model with recommended purchasing agreements to present to global investors for equity financing. Then we established a risk register for financing models before creating a supply chain for the delivery of solar products.
