Advancing Clean Energy
In partnership with Indigenous communities, Hedgehog contributed to the successful delivery of a 2 MW solar farm in northern British Columbia. This project not only reduces reliance on fossil fuels but also supports local training and long-term energy sovereignty.

We continue to prioritize respectful and transformative partnerships with Indigenous communities. Our work emphasizes local leadership, skills development, and sustainable economic opportunities.

Innovating for Impact
From our Nimba microgrid controller to enhanced cybersecurity systems, we focus on developing technologies that address real-world challenges while minimizing environmental impact.

Fostering Inclusion and Education
Through initiatives such as job shadowing, school engagement, and national diversity advocacy, we are actively shaping a more inclusive and representative engineering sector.

Tracking Meaningful Progress
More than 50 percent of our revenue in 2024 came from sustainable projects. Our Total Recordable Incident Rate was zero, and nearly half of our team identifies as diverse or underrepresented. These metrics reflect our dedication to accountability and continuous improvement.

Demonstrating Leadership
Our CEO, Dr. Michael Wrinch, continues to lead on national platforms including Engineers Canada and the UN Global Compact, reinforcing the role of engineering in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
