Celebrating Leadership Promotions at Hedgehog Technologies

Today, we are proud to celebrate three well-deserved promotions within our team.

Andreas Huster – Director of Engineering

Andreas has accepted the role of Director of Engineering. With a PhD from Stanford University and over 25 years of experience in electrical engineering and control systems design, he is both a Professional Engineer and a Functional Safety Engineer. He specializes in managing technical risk and has led the engineering and commissioning of safety-critical and mission-critical systems across multiple industries. In his new role, Andreas is responsible for project delivery and the oversight of all Hedgehog’s technical staff.

Matthew Keeler – Director of Client Solutions

Matthew has been promoted from Electrical Engineering Manager to Director of Client Solutions. Matt has served as Acting Director for the past 18 months, bringing outstanding leadership and innovation to our client solutions team. With his MBA and proven ability to guide strategic initiatives, he has been instrumental in driving success for both our clients and Hedgehog. 

Jess Britt – Electrical Engineering Manager

Jess moves into the role of Electrical Engineering Manager after serving as Senior Electrical Engineer. With extensive experience leading complex engineering projects in the amusement rides industry,  Jess brings a deep commitment to safety, technical rigor, and mentorship. He will now guide Hedgehog’s growing team of electrical engineers while continuing to drive success on high-profile projects.
